Ingenta named as a top 100 visionary company in the UK by BT
Ingenta plc, the global market leader in the online distribution of published scientific, professional and academic research, has been acclaimed as one of the UK’s 100 most visionary companies by the BT Vision 100 research and awards programme for 2002.
The scheme, originated by BT,identified 100 innovative UK organisations that have achieved strategic goals through visionary activities over the last 12 months – regardless of size, age or sector.
The BT Vision 100 Index examined five areas – visionary leadership, visionary human resource management, corporate social responsibility, intellectual asset management, and the ‘connected’ enterprise. Contenders were short-listed by a team of business journalists and researchers led by Cranfield School of Management. An advisory panel of opinion leaders and analysts then selected the final 100.
