All artwork should be supplied CMYK as a press-optimized high resolution pdf file, high resolution tiff/eps or Quark file with all fonts and images, to the correct dimensions, and accompanied with a colour proof, or a scanning charge will be incurred. The file must include a 4-6mm bleed on all edges. Advertisements supplied with bleed without prior arrangement will be subject to a 10% surcharge unless otherwise stated. If artwork is not supplied as outlined, artwork charges will be applied as per order form. No responsibility will be taken for errors if the artwork is not supplied as specified.
